I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room I was given at Mm Hill Koh Samui Hotel - Sha Certified. The sliding doors onto the balcony provided a beautiful view of the surrounding trees and ensured a peaceful atmosphere. The pool was a perfect way to cool down after a hot day, and I enjoyed the fact that it was never crowded. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. Despite a few minor issues, overall I would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was convenient and close to a lot of attractions. the room we stayed in was spacious and had a comfortable bed. the hotel also offered bike rentals which was great for exploring the city.
The hotel was quite run down and in need of updating. the air conditioning was not working properly and it made the room quite uncomfortable to sleep in.

We had a fantastic 9-night stay at this hotel over Christmas. The owners were super friendly and made us feel at home. The hotel was very clean, and the pool was lovely. We highly recommend renting a bike as it's only a 5-minute drive to the entertainment area and beaches on the island. The food was amazing, especially the massaman curry. Additionally, the staff were very helpful with recommendations and laundry, and they even dropped us off at the ferry.
Nothing could have been better.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff were amazing, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was happy. Secondly, the rooms were great value for money, especially considering the attention to detail in the decor. I loved the views from my balcony on the fourth floor, it was a lovely touch. Lastly, the location was perfect for me. It was far enough from the beaches to escape the hustle and bustle, but still conveniently close to the main pier and tourist areas like the fisherman village and the big Buddha.
All in all, everything was just fine during my stay.

The hotel is strategically located, close to the airport, pier, and top tourist attractions on the island. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel had hot water and air conditioning facilities. The staff was friendly, and we loved that we were offered cheap moped rental, at only 200 baht per day, making it convenient for us to explore the beautiful sights around the island.
The swimming pool was out of service during our stay, which we were not informed about beforehand. it was a big inconvenience when we had to leave our passport at the reception in exchange for renting a bike, and we were not reassured when we were told that there was no passport at the hotel reception desk.

Pla, the manager, was especially accommodating and made our stay very comfortable. the room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. We loved the great views from the room and the wide selection of TV channels available. The location of the hotel was convenient, with a Big C just around the corner, making it easy to access any necessities we needed during our stay. the staff, room, and location were the best aspects of our experience.
There were a few downsides to our stay at this hotel. One little thing that bothered us was the lack of a hairdryer in the room.
